Felix Elbing, born 1971, studied energy and process engineering in Berlin and Vienna. From 1996 to 2000 he worked as a research engineer in the Collaborative Research Center 281 Disassembly Factories at the University of Technology Berlin. From 2000 to 2002, he was director of the working group Disassembly and Cleaning Technologies at the Institute of Machine Tools and Factory Management. Since 2000, Felix Elbing is managing director of WEATHER TECHNOLOGIES.

Prof. Dr. Detlev Möller  -  Director Research & Development

Detlev Möller, born 1947, graduated and earned his PhD at the Humboldt University Berlin, where he was promoted to professor of chemistry. For the past few decades he has been doing research in the field of chemistry of precipitation and clouds. He was head of the Department of Atmospheric Chemistry at the Heinrich-Heinz-Institute of Atmospheric Research from 1989 to 1991, and head of the Branch Office of Atmospheric Chemistry of the Fraunhofer Institute of Atmospheric Environmental Research from 1992 to 1994. Since 1994, Detlev Möller is professor of Atmospheric Chemistry and Air Quality at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus. He is member of the advisory board of the International Center of Ecology in Warsaw and of the VDI-Commission of Air Quality Control. Furthermore, he is a member of the WMO EC Panel/CAS Working Group for Physics and Chemistry of Clouds and Weather Modification as a specialist of chemical transformation in clouds. Since 2000, he is head of the Research & Development group at WEATHER TECHNOLOGIES.

Dipl.-Phys. Matthias Ulbricht  -  Director Finance & Strategy

Matthias Ulbricht, born 1964, graduated in chemistry and physics at the Liberty University Berlin. From 1991 to 1992, he worked as scientific assistant at the Department of Physics of the Liberty University Berlin. Matthias Ulbricht was executive director of Elight Laser Systems GmbH from 1993 to 2001, and since 2001 he is executive partner of the Advanced Laser Remote Sensors GmbH. Furthermore, he was member for several years of the Industrial Advisory Council for Non-Linear Optics of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, of the VDI-Commission of Air Quality Control and of the International Transfer Center of Environmental Technology in Leipzig as well as vice-chairman of the Berlin/Brandenburg Laser Association. Since 2000, Matthias Ulbricht is head of the Finance & Strategy group at WEATHER TECHNOLOGIES.

Dr. rer.nat. Wolfgang Wieprecht  -  Research & Development

Wolfgang Wieprecht is physicist and works in environmental research since 1976. Within the scope of research projects in the field of atmospheric chemistry, he works on the sulphur circulation, aerosol sampling, and the development of an automated precipitation sampler since 1985. He has made comprehensive experience on in-situ-measurement of microelements. At WEATHER TECHNOLOGIES, Wolfgang Wieprecht is responsible for the measurement campaigns for the investigation of fog disposal.

Jürgen Hofmeister  -  Technical Development

Jürgen Hofmeister is engineer at WEATHER TECHNOLOGIES. He is responsible for the workshop and the maintenance of the measurement technology; he participates in measurement campaigns, and carries out investigations on fog disposal. Beyond that, Jürgen Hofmeister is involved in the technological development, design and manufacture of fog disposal plants.
